Alert minds, healthy bodies, energized spirits — that’s what the Keystone Active Seniors Program for adults ages 55 and up is all about. Active Seniors is a year-round program of diverse activities designed to support your independence and enhance your quality of life. You can choose from the program’s many offerings according to your desires and interests. All are welcome at Active Seniors!

Thriving Times showcases the many offerings and opportunities that are now available to you at Keystone. This new newsletter’s name reflects our belief that the 50-plus years should be a time of vibrancy, growth and fun – a time to thrive! That’s what our program offerings are all about.
The Thriving Times newsletter keeps participants current about upcoming and ongoing events. The newsletter includes a calendar for each month and descriptions of activities, events and programs. Think Tank - for seniors, by seniors
A "think tank" of senior participants meets regularly to develop Active Seniors program ideas. Volunteers suggest ideas, plan and carry out events and activities.
