Eligibility

To be eligible for foodshelf services, clients must:
• Establish a need
• Have an income within 200 percent of the federal poverty  guidelines
• Live in the Keystone service area

Keystone food shelf service area

Keystone serves residents in large geographic area in Ramsey County — from downtown St. Paul to Roseville, from Little Canada to the Midway and the North End areas of St. Paul.
