Donations
As Keystone strives to meet the growing demand for food and other basic needs services, donations from individuals, businesses, faith communities and other organizations are critically important. Here are ways you can support Keystone’s Basic Needs Program:
• Host a food collection drive
For information on how your organization can host a food collection drive, click here (PDF).
• Donate cash
Donations of cash are especially appreciated, since they allow Keystone to purchase items most needed by clients at reduced costs from sources available to foodshelf programs. To make a tax-deductible contribution online for the Basic Needs Program, click here and add a notation under Special Instructions that the contribution is for the Basic Needs Program. Or mail your check made out to Keystone Community Services, with a notation that the contribution is for the Basic Needs Program, to: Keystone Community Services, 2000 St. Anthony Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104.
• Donate food
Donations of food and personal care items are also needed. For a list of most needed items, click here (PDF). Or call Christine at 651-487-2792 ext.102 or email her at cpulver@keystoneservices.org.

• Other ways to help
Walk to End Hunger Held on Thanksgiving Day morning, this event at the Mall of America raises awareness and funds to help eliminate hunger in the Twin Cities. It’s a great opportunity for families, friends and organizations of all types to do something together about hunger.
Gifts of Hope At the holidays, this Keystone program matches volunteer sponsors with families who have exceptional needs beyond toys. Sponsors purchase the items, which are then given to the family.
School Supply Drive Each August, Keystone collects new back-to-school supplies for K-12 students from low-income families. Volunteers prepare the donations for distribution.
