Who is eligible for Meals on Wheels?
- Seniors 60 years of age and older who are homebound or unable to cook for themselves are eligible.
- Individuals under 60 years of age who are unable to cook for themselves are eligible through waivered programs or private pay.

What area does the program cover?
Keystone Meals on Wheels recipients live in the Merriam Park, Midway, Macalester-Groveland, Como Park and St. Anthony neighborhoods in St. Paul. (For service outside of these neighborhoods, call Keystone at 651-645-7424 or Metro Meals on Wheels at 651-789-5007.)

Who are the volunteer drivers?
Meals are delivered by trained Keystone volunteer drivers. Volunteers include parents with young children, retirees, corporate employees, college staff and students. Volunteers can deliver weekly or monthly, depending on their availability. A background check is required for all volunteers.

What diets are available?
Meals on Wheels can accommodate the following dietary needs:
- Regular (no restrictions)
- Salt restricted
- Diabetic
- Mechanical soft

What is the cost?
Meals are priced on a sliding fee scale according to the Meals on Wheels recipient’s income and expenses. The cost of the meal is determined in collaboration with the recipient.
